Nice room, shame about the problems

The room was recently decorated to a high standard, comfortable and quiet, even on a busy Friday night at the pub.

Our reservation at the restaurant wasn't passed on to the restaurant staff. The shower had no hot water at 8 in the morning. There was no number to contact the staff to let them know this.
