    Mostly pleasant

    the room was great, I booked the deluxe with no balcony. It was large and spacious, with a large bathroom. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The whole payment, check-in experience, check-out, entering the rooms etc, works with an app, which didn't really bother me.

    - If you walk barefoot in your room for 10 mins, your soles will get very dirty. So take slippers with you. - I paid extra for breakfast. The first time I went to breakfast the selection wasn't great. Its either a full Indian meal or toast – and maybe some cereal. Not really worth it. There are plenty of great cafes in Assagao with good options. - The second time I went for breakfast which starts at 09.00 I arrived at 09.20 and was told that they would take a 45-60 mins to serve breakfast, with no further explanation or apology. I had somewhere to be at 10, so I had to miss breakfast. - If you have lunch/dinner at the cafe, nobody will come to the table. You have to order on the app, pre-pay, and the meal will arrive once ready. This being said, I think the value for money and the rooms are good. Just take it without breakfast, and eat elsewhere.

    A comfortable value for money stay.!!

    Less than 5 mins to Vagator & Anjuna beaches, this property is nestled in a nice neighborhood of villas and a great view of the surrounding greenery from the rooftop Pool. The property seems fairly new and is well maintained

    Excessive automation : Everything from check in to room-service is via an app which is glitchy.!! However the friendly staff are quick to respond & assist.
