    Lyhyt kaupunkiloma perheen kanssa

Runsas aamiainen, keskeinen sijainti, respasta sai hyvää palvelua

Uima-allas ei ollut käytössä. Huone oli ahdas ja kylppäri haisi. SPA osaston palvelut olivat pettymys.

A lovely hotel in a great location, unfortunately overshadowed by an unpleasant reception experience.

The hotel has an excellent location, is very clean, and offers a decent breakfast.

Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the rude and aggressive behaviour of receptionist Ali on my very first day. I was shocked by his attitude towards a simple request for assistance. Such unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable, especially in a four-star hotel. Sadly, this incident left a very negative impression on my entire stay.
