    Luxurious but affordable with the best views of my life!

    We stayed for a week and it felt like a dream! Beautiful views, great location, attentive staff, lovely vibes and delicious breakfast. We were treated like royalty, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Wished we had stayed longer!

    A Sri Lankan option for breakfast would have been nice but there were plenty of authentic places to eat at nearby so it's not really an issue.

    Brilliant experience and would recommend

    Amazing stay at Hotel Alaia, Ahangama, Sri Lanka! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such warm hospitality, including a welcome coconut. We stayed in a Superior King Room with Sea View and the location couldn’t be better — Ahangama town, the main beach and Secret Beach are all just a 5-10 min walk or quick tuk ride away. The food was phenomenal — the breakfast is easily the best I’ve had at any hotel. Huge thanks to Anuradha, Abhishek, Dileep, and Praveen for their incredible service. They also handled my girlfriend’s nut allergy perfectly and made us feel so looked after. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back!

    There isn’t a pool but the beach is near by and the water is calm even during high tide.
