    Love the building and heritage but would not stay again

    The heritage and the staff were nice and helpful

    Television did not work, bathroom old and peeling paint in bathroom tub, no additional blanket or bedding in room, no real view (small window covered in dust and cobwebs), and could hear guests upstairs in room above ours all night.

    The Hotel Windsor

    The location was perfect - we were close to the theatre and restaurants. It's been some years since we stayed and it was wonderful to again walk in through those grand doors into a world of yesteryear with a palatial foyer, long hallways and indulgent suites. The staff were polite, efficient and unobtrusive and everything wss done just right. And the breakfast was very special and unhurried. All in all a wonderful and cherished experience.
