    Immeuble en construction a 20m encore pour plusieurs semaines.Bruit,poussiere,gaz echappement engins

    la propreté , l'équipement général de l'appartement rien a redire

    Immeuble en construction a 20m de l'appartement encore pour plusieures semaines non signalé dans l'annonce. Au vu des nuisances, impossible de rester dans l'appartement de 08h00 a 18h00 tous les jours de la semaine et une partie du samedi.!!!

    Muffa in abbondanza, pulizia molto poca

    Posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro di funchal o muoversi nelle gite quotidiane. Inoltre parcheggiare vicino all'appartamento è abbastanza facile.

    Da cosa cominciare? La casa è un seminterrato buio con alcune finestre impossibili da aprire. I mobili sono vecchi e mostrano decisamente i segni del tempo e alcune macchie. Il pavimento del bagno non era stato pulito, così come il tappetino e la doccia era sporca e scrostata. Di notte il cane dei proprietari, che abitano al piano superiore abbaia in continuazione, interrompendosi solo per cedere il posto ad auto rumorose e un gallo che annuncia il "buon" mattino. La cappa sopra la cucina versa in condizioni pietose tra polvere e sporco. Dulcis in fundo la camera da letto principale presentava chiare infiltrazioni e muffa su quasi tutte le pareti, i cuscini decorativi e il coprimaterasso erano sporchi e macchiati. Nonostante la finestra fosse aperta al nostro arrivo e sia rimasta spalancata per tutto il nostro soggiorno l'odore di umido ci ha accompagnato per tutta la vacanza, impossibile da rimuovere. Inoltre visto che le vecchie recensioni sono tutte positive immagino che l'infiltrazione sia recente e sarebbe stato carino informare per organizzare soluzioni alternative.
