La vue ne compense pas le reste
L’appartement est propre. Il a été rénové avec une cuisine neuve ainsi que la salle de bain toute récente. Il est conforme aux photos bien que le balcon soit plus petit qu’il ne paraît sur les photos. La climatisation est la bienvenue même si elle est un peu bruyante. L’accueil d’Elisa est très chaleureux. Il y a la possibilité de garer gratuitement la voiture à quelques minutes de l’appartement (terrain vague privé). Le restaurant Hosteria del Platano qui est a 2 minutes à pieds est excellent. Caren a est à 20 min à pieds et le ferry a 30 min. Une partie du trajet se fait sur un tout petit trottoir mais sans danger.
La vue ne compense malheureusement pas l’emplacement. L’appartement est au deuxième étage dans un immeuble vétuste. LA route du bord du lac passe juste sous le petit balcon. C’est donc bruyant de jour comme de nuit. Le prix est élevé pour les prestations mais c’est malheureusement la région touristique qui veut ça. La décoration inexistante ne rend pas l’appartement chaleureux, c’est dommage car il est grand et a du potentiel.

Badeplass rett over gata, rolig område, fin og komfortabel leilighet. Elisa som tok imot oss var veldig hyggelig , og gav oss skyss til Varenna. Her kunne vi gjerne bodd igjen!
Veldig trang gate, føles ikke trygt å gå langs veien.
