    perfect spot for a stay in the Barnstaple area

    The hotel location is perfect with secure parking. The staff are amazing - helpful, friendly, polite. The building is such a lovely atmospheric one. This will be our sixth stay in as many years. Lovely

    We didn't have a coffee machine, just a kettle and coffee/tea makings

    Second time here, very good, will use again on our next visit

    Very good location, with car park. very enjoyable to get canapes with the pre-dinner drink, and very good to get a pint of DRAUGHT beer! Great to have a reading light by the bed!

    Minor noise through side walls. NO power point next to the bed, a bit annoying.
