    Overall enjoyable.

    We were greeted by the concierge and our check in went smooth. We received a complimentary margarita, which was nice. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. There was one robe, and one set of slippers which was unexpected. Enjoyed sitting outside on the Adirondacks over looking the harbor. Like having a restaurant on property. It was conveniently located.

    There wasn't enough wash clothes for two people-only two for two nights. I felt there should have been more. It was difficult to get the shower gel out of the dispenser. It didn't pump very much. The electronic concierge didn't work. Was disappointed in the bar service as they were short staffed and didn't appear to have planned well for the holiday weekend. I waited for service for quite some time, then left. Then after we had dinner at their restaurant, we went for a drink at the bar. We were told the bar was open until 9:30. We were there at 9:20. We were denied service as we were told they had last call 30 min. to 45 min. prior.!?? We were in the restaurant eating by the bar, and know there was no last call. Why would they have a last call 45 min. before closing. Glad we had brought our own drinks - and went up to our room rather than able to enjoy the atmosphere of the bar.

    It seems like they stuck us in a room that was not maintained bc we booked on a third party site. Disappointing for what

    Near the river

    Toilet handle broken, balcony had black mold all around the AC unit. The units on either side of our room were clean! The railing on balcony had a broken spot with sharp edges exposed.

    Great location, convenient to downtown. Nice restaurant and outdoor pool. Updated rooms and clean.

    Pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. It was difficult for staff to find extra pillows/blankets when requested.
