    Terrible experience and value for money. Good location.

    location is good in centre of woodall spa

    the restaurant breakfast and dinner atmosphere, cleaning and food choices were very poor indeed. the room was scruffy and we were woken up at 06:00hrs by a noise from room above, staff in restaurant were not well informed and clearly not bothered to deliver a good service and experience for us. the beer choice was also poor. We did raise these concerns with reception to be told 'yes we know the place needs a refurb'.
