Improve on communications at the front desk. Have coffee and tea available at all hours please.
The fact that all the celebrations were in the hotel was great. It was very clean.
A good hotel offers a few things that make it special. Coffee in morning, Comfortable mattresses, Lots of towels, Easy access to the hotel. Your hotel didn't measure up to any of these things unfortunately!!

Our stay was great!
The place was easy to find and we really enjoyed the pool hot tub and sauna. We also used the fitness room which was great too.
We hoped for more channels or movies on the tv.

Location was great.
Didn't like cost for my dog. And was unexpected. I booked online and said 2 adults and 1 dog. Booking.com should have had true cost of stay with dog. When we got to hotel had to pay additional $50 plus tax. For a tiny non shedding dog. If I knew 50 more dollars I wouldn't have brought my dog.
