Location. Extremely close to bus routes into Kingston. Also, on the doorstep of the amazing Richmond park. Nice welcome pack of biscuits waiting. Plenty of teabags provided, also washing -up liquid/sponges etc.

Sloping roof in kitchen and bathroom. I'm relatively short, 5 foot 7, but kept on banging my head in the kitchen. Also, it's impossible to have a stand-up wee in the toilet (yes, I'm a man). Not much the apartment can do about this but it's an annoying feature nonetheless. Would certainly not recommend if you're tall. Microwave needs a major clean. Was not impressed, having to give it a clean before using. Looked like years of crusted food in there. Yak.
