Doesn’t exist!
This property doesn’t exist anymore, if you see it available DONT BOOK IT! I was supposed to check in on 06/22 at 3pm, tried contacting the property the week before, the day before, the day of in the morning and no response. Contacted booking.com and they said I had to wait until 3pm (it was 1pm already) so they could help me. I insisted that if the property hadn’t respond to me all this time (emails, texts, and calls) it was obvious that they were not going to respond but still they made me wait outside the property wit my luggage. Finally the property responded to my text saying: “Hi - this property is not mine and I got rid of it years ago. This should not be bookable at all. You need to call booking and get your money back” Booking.com didn’t really help me since it was already 3pm so I had to book a last minute hotel + lost so many hours of my first day of vacation.

Comfortable, sizable apartment. Excellent location. Easily accessible; Early check-in was a bonus !
Excellent location; very comfortable; sizeable apartment; free easy-to-access parking; easy access to apartment; style and set-up of the apartment was pleasant.
We are torn because we really loved this apartment for many reasons, but there were some shortfalls. The sofa bed was not made up and no clear instructions as to where to locate bedding. Also, there were inconsistencies with the description of the apartment ie. 1. the property is not a 2 bathroom apartment. It is a 1.5 bathroom apartment. The only time I was made aware of the fact it was a 1.5 bath apartment was after I had paid. Travelling with an Adult daughter, we expected a 2nd bathroom with shower. I think that it is misleading and the Booking.com profile should immediately change accordingly. 2. The booking.com confirmation / notification also says ""excellent views of the ocean" which is not the case at all.

Location was good. In the midst of Little Italy yet quiet at night. Secured building and a short walk to the Trolley station. Located near many eateries and delis. Apartment was bright and clean. Hot shower, comfortable bed. Love the coffee station. Appreciate the reserved parking beneath the apartment. Bringing up the luggage to the apartment floor was fuss-free via elevator. Friendly and responsive communication.
