24 nights of disappointment: misleading photos, broken amenities, a closed pool, and a ceiling that
Honestly, very little. The pool area looked beautiful in the photos, but unfortunately, it was closed for almost my entire 24-night stay. After complaining, I was eventually moved to an apartment that actually matched the photos of the one I originally booked.
One of the WORST accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. I stayed for 24 nights, and almost everything was disappointing. 1. Terrible check-in. The property has TWO addresses (822 and 825), but nobody explained this. I was given a code and apartment number, but ended up knocking on a stranger’s door for 2–3 HOURS! A frightened woman finally opened, almost ready to call the police. Completely ridiculous! 2. Misleading photos and disgusting conditions. The apartment looked NOTHING like the photos. Dirty walls, peeling surfaces, poor cleaning, hair in the kitchen appliances, and THREE out of FOUR stove burners didn’t work. 3. THE CEILING COLLAPSED! While I was brushing my teeth during a rainstorm, part of the bathroom ceiling suddenly collapsed! Photos attached. This was dangerous, and I received almost no compensation. After complaining, they moved me to a supposedly “better” apartment, which was actually the apartment shown in my ORIGINAL reservation. So getting what I paid for was apparently considered an upgrade! 4. Pool closed for almost the entire stay. Just three days after arrival, they closed the pool for repairs. I couldn’t use it for the remaining THREE WEEKS! Repairs seemed extremely slow, and the pool was still closed when I left. No adequate compensation. 5. Broken laundry facilities. Washing machines in my building didn’t work, so I had to go to another building. The dryer was broken too. 6. Freezing apartment. The AC blasted freezing air constantly, no matter what settings I used. Even turning it off or closing the damaged vents didn’t help. I got sick during my stay and couldn’t rest properly. Overall, 24 nights of frustration. Misleading advertising, dirty rooms, broken amenities, no pool, and a COLLAPSED CEILING. Absolutely unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this place!

Service needs met. Great restaurants and close to everything including all beaches
Few things needed to be serviced, but they met them quickly.

Debe mejorar algunas cosas.
