    Excellent

    The hotel is a lovely airy building, light spacious corridors. Good size rooms. The lakeside and parkland setting was beautiful. It was just perfect for us, being able to exercise our dog.

    Enjoyabke

    The hotel and location were good, however the breakfast was disappointing as it was barely warm, the choice was good just ashame it was luke warm. Apart from the breakfast we enjoyed our stay

    Nice hotel but needs a better restaurant system

    The room was a good size and very clean and quiet. The Bluetooth key system did not work for me, and I have to be given a key card instead. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable

    The bar area was very busy, I was there on a Friday evening and there was no restaurant as such, you ordered from the bar and your food was brought out on a trolley. There were no proper dining tables, it was mostly settees and comfy chairs and people were eating off their laps. I ordered my food which took an hour to come, and there was only half my order there. I then waited another 20 minutes for the rest of my order. That said, the staff were friendly, helpful and were working incredibly hard.
