The location is great - close to shops and places to eat. The pool area is like your own private retreat - calm and peaceful after a busy day. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The mattress in the master bedroom is old and sags in the middle. It needs replacing. The showerheads in both bathrooms need replacing.

Great hosts, comfy place with a fabulous outdoor area walkable to Main Street.
Location as an adult-good. With kids in tow-a little bit of a walk. Really quiet no street noise whatsoever. The backyard was amazing! Pool was beautiful as was the garden. Monkeys each morning-hilarious. Beds really comfy, and the hosts greeted you whenever you left or arrived and were so friendly and polite. They took all our luggage down the stairs on arrival and carried it all up the stairs on departure which was so kind my bag was heavy! They responded to any messages throughout our stay.
One of the pillows in the upstairs bedroom on the right had a bit of mould on it and the door handle would fall out. The pockets and triangle for the pool table were broken, the cover for the grate at the bottom of the pool was broken my son cut his foot on the hole where the cover should have been. All minor things easily fixed.

Everything was great and the staff was extremely nice. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The location is very practical, close to cafes, restaurants, temples, spas, markets, and the monkey forest. Out of 5 nights we stayed, the monkeys only came one early morning to visit. It was adorable to see them feed off the palm trees. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Bellissima struttura con piscina in camera, sicuramente punto di forza. Vicina al centro di Ubud, ma lontana dalla confusione, garantendo silenzio e riservatezza. Personale molto disponibile, pronto a risolvere ogni nostra richiesta
Mi è piaciuto tutto. Unico consiglio: un minimo di scelta in più per la colazione.
