    Location was awesome and apartment is well set out with nice outdoor area. Very close to mall, beaches, train station etc.

    Property was quite dirty with a lot of stains around.

    Honestly, this place could be great but needs a lot of attention to bring it up to the standard that it should be

    The property has an excellent location. Is a large space. Very comfortable beds and close to everything.

    The property is in need of a deep clean and refurbishment. Lights were broken walls were marked. Rugs were old and carpets stained. They provided two wine glasses in total in the apartment
