    Our stay was truly unforgettable, and it was all thanks to the incredible people who made us feel at home from the very first moment until the very last! A special thank you to Shuhei and Ryuji, who went above and beyond to make our experience so meaningful. They thoughtfully arranged a special anniversary surprise for us, greeted us with the warmest smiles every single day, and made us feel genuinely cared for in a way that went far beyond hospitality. It’s one thing to stay in a beautiful hotel, but it’s the people who turn a lovely stay into a memory you’ll carry with you long after you leave. Shuhei and Ryuji did exactly that. Their kindness, thoughtfulness, and warmth truly changed our experience and made our anniversary even more special. We left with full hearts and so much gratitude. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful experience, and we would come back in a heartbeat. ❤️

    We felt a bit misled from the pictures.

    Very comfortable bed, very kind and attentive reception staff! The bathtub was nice and the breakfast was ok.

    The property is more of a building with apartments, rather than a 5 star hotel. And it’s definitely due for some renovation and better towels. There is no lobby, no restaurant or dining area, no garden or anything rather than the reception and the rooms. There is no coffee machine in the room, so you have to go to a coffee shop in the neighborhood. It’s located quite far from any attractions or the shopping district. I was quite disappointed, that none of the decorations or flowers or any accessories for the bathtub shown on the pictures were actually present in the room. We could not feel the Japanese ryokan vibe that we hoped for..

    Lovely experience in a western/japanese style room.Bath was very special as well.

    Very pretty hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the area with nearby restaurants and easy walking. The staff were unbelievably helpful and pleasant. The amenities, room was very well appointed.

    It was a little far from the train station so we used buses to get to city center. Buses could be crowded and often couldn’t get a seat, but they were clean and timely.
