    Teleurstelling in meedenken

    Ik had een weekend geboekt omdat mijn partner in het umcg ligt, ben daardoor veel in Groningen. Ik zou van vrijdag tot zondag hier verblijven. Donderdag kregen we te horen dat mijn 3 eindelijk een weekend na huis mocht. Gelijk contact opgenomen met het hotel of annuleren mogelijk was, of dat ze mij op 1 of andere manier tegemoet konden komen mischien 1 nachtje een andere x. Dat werd resoluut afgewezen. Snap dat ze dit natuurlijk niet hoeven doen. Maar beetje menselijkheid zou fijn zijn ! We waren wel 300 euro kwijt.. heel erg jammer. Anders had ik misschien wel vaker geboekt.
