    Well equipped home, making our first trip to Hakuba a comfortable and memorable experience.

    Jake was an excellent local host with lots of knowledge. Made the logistics very easy with courtesy pick up from Hakuba station and use of the 4WD van during our stay. Multiple bathrooms available and modernised facilities throughout the property. Very suitable for large families or groups.

    Showers were a little tight, but worked well.

    Enjoyed our stay and had a white Christmas in Hakuba!

    The house is clean and kitchen is well equipped. Host (Jake) is very helpful and responsive. The complimentary 4WD minivan was extremely welcome and helpful.

    A few steps to climb up to the house from the road and parking. Was fine initially but after 1-2 days of ski, the legs and body start to sore. The house is up on a hill and if there is heavy snow on the road, will need a 4WD vehicle.
