The room we stayed in has many issues. Also, the bathroom trash can had not been emptied when we came in the room.

Emma greeted us immediately. She also called to make sure that we were ok because we checked in later than normal. The Kendall is an amazing hotel with great amenities, great location and amazing people.

This property online says it has a lot of amenities that it does not have. The room was dirty, hair on the floor and a filthy rug. We were there 3 days and the same clump of hair stayed on the bathroom floor and the rug had dirt that was never vacuumed. We left it there to see if it would be cleaned. The entire hotel is old but it’s in disrepair. The pool is dirty and just an unacceptable stay for the amount of money you pay to stay . The staff was not very nice and did not take well to our complaints. Just a bad stay. I would not recommend at all.
