    Murray was a very friendly and accommodating host, great comfy room with excellent breakfast and it was situated in a really good location for the town and sea front.

    Amazing little property well situated

    The location was perfect and the room was lovely. Murray the owner is lovely and very accomodating .Beautiful B&B clean , tidy and nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable and the heating worked well the room got warm very quickly which is amazing. Breakfast was included in the price with a huge variety to choose from .....13 different cereals , pastries , toast & full cooked breakfast. Value for money all round . Couldnt ask for anything more the best B&B ive stayed in around Skegness .

    This isnt a negative as such just a personal opinion, whilst The Kildare smelt lovely thanks to beautifully placed reed diffusers it hit my senses everytime I walked either out of my room or in the building. 3 diffusers of what appeared to be different scents in a small area. 1 as you came in the door , 1 half way up the stairs and 1 at the top od the stairs. Maybe just 1 is needed in the entrance hall as they are good ones that actually smell . Although it was nice not to have horrible smells like other places ive stayed.

    Good location, lovely breakfast

    The host is friendly, efficient and has deceloped a great B&B. The breakfast is lovely and there was no problem in providing veggie sausages.
