    Was well presented but basic. We needed a bed near the central railway and this clean apartment did the trick.

    Door was a huge challenge to open. Was quite loud with traffic noise. So much so ear plugs were provided

    Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Allerdings waren die Nächte heiß und durch die laute Straße konnten wir nicht gut lüften.

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING THIS APARTMENT

    I strongly recommend NOT booking this apartment. Our experience was extremely disappointing and, most importantly, the apartment did not match what was advertised on Booking.com. When we made the reservation, air conditioning and Wi-Fi were clearly listed among the facilities. Upon arrival, we discovered that there was NO air conditioning and the Wi-Fi was not working. Had we known this before booking, we would NEVER have chosen this apartment. We immediately reported the problem, but nothing was properly resolved during our stay. We were left in an apartment without two of the basic facilities that had been advertised and that we had specifically expected when making the reservation. Changing accommodation was not a realistic solution either. We were traveling with several large pieces of luggage, staying for only two nights, and had to leave at 3:30 AM on our final morning for an early flight. What makes this situation particularly unacceptable is that this was not about a minor inconvenience or something we simply disliked. We booked and paid for an accommodation based on facilities that were advertised as included, and those facilities were not provided. We also requested a partial refund due to the discrepancy between the listing and what was actually provided, but the issue was never resolved and no compensation was given. For future guests: check very carefully before booking this property and confirm directly that every advertised facility is actually available. Based on our experience, I would absolutely not stay here again and cannot recommend this apartment.
