Adequate - but lack of wi-fi and barely any 5g was an issue.

    comfortable room

No wif-fi and barely any 5G/4G which is a huge problem in this day and age.

Room well equipped and very nice to have a fan in the hot weather.

We couldn't get WIFI in the room and hadn't realised the pub wasn't open in the evening.
