Kindly note the owners of the property have 2 pet Labradors, however they are not permitted to enter the bedrooms or kitchen. Incorrect description: 1. 'heated pools' - not correct. There is an outdoor swimming pool which is heated in the summer season from May to mid-September. 2. There is a separate study/work space available to guests - (not desks in the rooms) 3. Please remove reference to Southampton airport. Please DO put 1hr 20 min drive to London Gatwick, and 1hr 45 mins to London Heathrow. There is a direct train line from Gatwick to Chichester - the local train station. 4. the nearest attraction is East Wittering beach which is directly in front of the property. 5. Please remove the reference to 2 pet labradors - There are no pets on the property now.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

    Beautiful location, fab hostess, very welcoming.

    What an amazing location right on the beach! The hostess was lovely too, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was outdoors and heated, perfect! Also got first-rate advice on places to eat and where to park.

    Had to go out for breakfast.

    A wonderful, friendly, relaxing stay in a beautiful house with picturesque surroundings.

    Miranda was a fab hostess, nothing was too much trouble and she could direct us to really good restaurants and car parks too. Such a beautiful location on the beach (a gate and pathway through the beach huts away) and a balcony with views, who could ask for more. The heated swimming pool was lovely for a cooling dip, plenty of sun beds with cushions everywhere.

    It didn’t matter to us but there’s no breakfast if that’s what you are looking for.

    Great house in fantastic location

    Fantastic location and facilities. Plenty of space inside & outside the house for guests to use. Miranda a lovely host and made us feel very welcome.
