  Charming Hanok stay

  Such a beautiful charming hanok, perfect for a small family stay. Loved the feeling of calmness as you walked in. Everything provided and a lovely gift from the host, thank you 😌 Ideal location, short walk to all the trendy parts of Seoul and great cafe on doorstep. We could store our luggage before check in, which helped us so much. Host replied quickly to our questions. It was a great stay! Thank you Seoul Ari 🫰🏻

  We liked everything. Just a note to other guests to prepare for lower ceilings in the bathroom but that is part of the building style and charm.

  Cute and good value

  Seoul is such a difficult place for accommodation as so spread out and expensive. I think this is a great choice if you want something with separate bedroom/living and a bit of design. Beds were extremely comfortable with good quality bedding and kitchen area is lovely. Good a/c. My son loved the projector! Subway is 10m walk and is a good line for getting around Seoul. 20m walk to beautiful historic areas around the palace. Very responsive owner.

  It’s a holiday rental and a heritage building so has some drawbacks. Mainly no space or storage for bags in the bedroom - so these need to be kept in the living area downstairs. And the bathroom is really tiny with an incredibly low ceiling (will hit your head if 170cm). The local area is a bit rough - lots of hostels etc - but doesn’t feel unsafe at all. Would benefit from somewhere to sit downstairs other than hard wooden chair.
