    City - great, room - nightmare.

    Location is great, 10 minutes walk from the city center and from central train station. Amenities in the apartment are good.

    BED BUGS in the sofa bed! And the ownership refused to provide alternative accommodation, stating they have no available rooms. Not sure about that, as I see them advertising multiple locations with multiple apartments, but reputable rental company should not just offer us refund and goodbye, go with all your luggage in hand and try to find alternative accommodation yourself. I would expect them to go and actually find us accommodation, as they failed ROYALLY in having bed bugs crawling over sofa bed.
