    A deeply disappointing and distressing experience. After checkout, the hotel accused me of damaging a TV screen without presenting evidence to support the allegation. This led to police procedures, missed flights, substantial additional expenses, and severe distress for me and my children. My children missed school and exams, and I had to cancel my clinic and operating list as an OBGYN consultant. What should have been a family holiday turned into a nightmare. I would not recommend this experience to other families.
