    Beautiful hotel, horrible gym.

    Staff was kind enough to upgrade to a corner suite. Room and decor is beautiful and clean.

    Gym! Smell cigarette from the KTV Karaoke bar next to it ??!! Never stay in Hyatt that has cigarette smell in the facility.
