    Poorly prepared property: unusable bed, inadequate towels, defects and concerning external access.

    The arrival information states only, “PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 3RD FLOOR APARTMENT WITHOUT A LIFT.”This hardly conveyed the reality we encountered: arriving on a wet, dim afternoon, access involved climbing three floors of external, fire-escape-style metal stairways attached to the building, with refuse and cardboard boxes around the access route. Had the true nature and condition of this entrance been clearly described, we could have made an informed decision about its suitability before booking.
