    ok but would not go again

    the breakfast was good quality.

    very remote, no where close by to eat. We had to eat breakfast in the hall, not welcomed into the kitchen or any part of the main home.

    The owner was in contact with some excellent suggestions before we'd even arrived! It was a beautiful and secluded spot and perfect for visiting the Moors and Helmsley. Breakfast was incredible and everything was very comfortable even though the weather was incredibly hot.
