    Unfortunate mishaps

    Very clean and beautiful. Great location.

    When we arrived we received our rooms and everything went smoothly... until we were packed out and settled in, we were then informed we were allocated the wrong rooms and had to move. This move caused us to be split from one another. The manager was rarely available. The cleaning staff tried their best to assist and accommodate us. Not a great experience.
