Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay at the lawns spa, the hosts were friendly and welcoming, we had everything we needed for our 3 nights and super convenient location in the centre of Holt. We especially enjoyed the table tennis 🏓
As the location is near a main road, if you are a particularly light sleeper you may hear some road noise, however I slept like a log.

Good location with modern facilities.
Well located in Holt. The apartment was well equipped with up to date facilities. Nice aquarium with fish - very realaxing. Nice big living space.
Although there is a large shared garden, there is no private space to eat outside. Despite a Dyson fan being available, the ground floor bedroom was too hot, I expect for security reasons the bedroom window could not be opened.

Couples Mini-Break
A fantastic apartment with everything you need. Even a bottle of bubbly 🍾 on arrival. The bed was very comfortable. All rooms were exceptional clean and modern. A great base and location for exploring Holt on foot. Free parking was an added bonus. Overall an excellent stay and would definitely recommend 👌 Thank you

Great place will definitely stay again
All on one level, suited my Mum and her limited mobility Although we didn’t use the kitchen facilities, it seemed very well equipped
Outside, back area was rather messy and frontage looked a little tired
