    Amazing Hospitality and Friendly Staff

    We had a great stay at the hotel! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Rimu at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming. She made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and was very helpful throughout our stay. I also want to give a special thank you to Mayrose from houseperson, who was working at night and kindly delivered our toothbrushes and extra blankets when we needed them. We really appreciated her help and kindness. Overall, everyone made us feel very welcome, and we would definitely stay here again!

    Great Stay!

    Alvin, Sherry Mae and Joey were so lovely and provided excellent service. We loved the Hideout had delicious food and drinks. Valet service was also quick and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!!

    Chiara was absolutely amazing! She was kind, professional, attentive, and made the entire experience feel effortless. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she works with and takes pride in what she does. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly, and I truly appreciated her patience and positive attitude.     Would definitely come back

    The stay was so relaxing and so convenient. Nori our 5th floor housekeeper was so kind and greeted us every time with a smile! She made us feel so welcome and took great care of us. Everyone from the front desk, the coffee cafe, and housekeepers were great!

    Wonderful Hotel

    Great stay. I appreciate all the staff, the fresh resteraunt foods made from scratch and cleanliness. Special appreciation to Chiara from server staff and Romeo from housekeeping.
