    Knowing cooked breakfast not included ..NO

    The location & parking were excellent. It had larvae garden with bench seating that in summer would be great to sit outside.

    1) The staircase to get to my room that was on top floor made difficulty with suitcase & my broken leg to climb the stairs. Would been useful if it had a lift. 2) Breakfast was included however not traditional breakfast all available was coffee shop toasted sandwich pan o raisin or similar & tea or coffee. Sadly this turn out to be disappointment

    Cosy, clean and comfortable.

    Lovely room, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the coffee shop downstairs was delicious - fabulous croissants! Alastair was very helpful with a minor issue.

    Everything. The room was amazing and the staff were very helpful especially when it came to my mum who has mobility issues. They couldn't do enough for us.

    The stairs. This is down to me as I didn't phone the property to find out about the stairs and we were on the second floor. She did really well on them
