    Disappointing due to being fraudulently charged Peruvian IGV. I still await a resolution.

    Facilities are great as you would expect from 5 star hotel

    I am an Irish Citizen who was on holidays for 3 weeks in Peru and I was charged IGV which it a tax that I charged to Peruvian nationals, it is nearly a month since my return and I am still chasing a resolution on this. The hotel admitted their error to me in writing but have not said they will return the overcharged fee.
