    Lovely peaceful stay in a pleasant apartment, loved the church bells in the mornings.

    Great location, good facilities, spacious comfortable bed,parking space,well equipped kitchen

    View from windows at the front of apartment (lounge and bedroom) obscured by dirt. Tea,coffee and sugar provided,but no milk.

    Fortunately the cleaner picked up some correspondence before the hosts and he was brilliant and sorted a few issues on the hosts behalf. Communication was good. Spacious apartment for 2.

    Coil spring bed was not good quality and sagging. Sofa was 2 separate chairs that could be converted into sofa beds. They were not comfortable for sitting in. Steep stairs to the flat so if heavy bags / a lot of luggage I would think twice.

    Ideally located to visit Rutland Waters

    Location - ideally situated for Rutland Waters.

    Property not suitable for taking your own bicycles. Only having separate single sofa beds to sit on to watch tv, which weren't comfy for extended periods.

    Pretty much perfect for what we needed, would recommend.

    Outstanding location, large flat with parking space, huge and comfortable bed! The flat was very clean. The shower was SO powerful I loved it.

    Some of the towels/pillow covers smelt a little damp and musty. Was only provided 1 dishwasher tablet for a 4 night stay so that was a bit tricky too. Would have been a nice touch to provide a fan as it was quite warm.
