Please kindly note: - The hotel provides a limited number of cribs and baby bathtubs. The outdoor swimming pool and sauna facilities open from 17:00 to 23:00. - In accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention, smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited. Smoking will be a charge of an additional cleaning fee. - Adjustment of executive lounge operating hours: Lin Bar on the 1st floor is open from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 to 21:00; alcoholic drinks are served from 14:00 to 17:00. Sky Lounge, the executive lounge on the 25th floor, is open from Saturday to Sunday from 13:00 to 21:00; alcoholic drinks are served from 14:00 to 17:00. In order to protect the rights of all VIP guests, child VIP guests must be at least five years old if they wish to use it.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
