    This is the third time I've stayed at this place. The rooms are comfortable. Location is great.

    This time, my room and bathroom were not very clean.

    Past its prime.

    The air conditioning worked well, and I was able to obtain an early check-in.

    Unfortunately, although it once looked like a nice hotel, it is now very run-down. The common area is grim with threadbare carpets. The furniture and walls in the room are scuffed, stained, and dirty. The floors are damaged, and the walls are paper-thin. The bathroom was so small you couldn't even open the door because it hit the toilet, so entering the bathroom required squeezing in, then tucking around the door as you closed it.
