    Amazing stay

    We had a lovely stay at The Little House for the night. It was a really comfortable, cosy place and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was absolutely fantastic — so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which made the whole experience even better. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend The Little House to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay. We’d happily come back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Honestly, there was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Everything was perfect, from the lovely little house itself to the warm welcome and helpfulness of the host. We couldn’t fault a thing and would definitely stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Brilliant little house ideal for two and we would definitely recommend this property.

    The cottage was just what we needed for a short stay whilst attending a wedding. We had everything we needed for our stay and the rooms were spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Parking was on the road 50 metres from the house and access was safe and simple with a key coded lock.

    Good place for a couple of nights

    The decor and layout. Basics needed were provided, including eggs and fresh milk. Dogs allowed. Good communication from the host. It was quiet. We found the settee comfortable but a little low. The bed was comfortable for one of us. Lovely village with many walks close by. Easy routes to other local venues such as Bowes Museum.

    The parking on the road was away from the accommodation. The bed did not suit one of us. When we stripped the bed, as requested, there were old stains on the mattress cover. Towels smelled a bit musty.
