    Very comfortable accommodation and a very friendly host.

    Ideally located for our plans to visit a number of NT places. Seating areas in both the small orchard and at the back with a rivulet running past the patio. Safe car parking round the corner.

    Perfect getaway for two in the Chilterns

    cottage was comfy, kitchen was well equipped, sofa was comfy and the cottage was larger than expected.

    Road was quite a bit noisier than expected for a small village

    Really nice place woud book agaian

    The garden was lovely and the view from the back of the house a welcome place to relax in the evening

    It was in the middle of a heatwave and the property was very hot inside with no aircon

    Little Orchard in February

    A lovely property..great facilities and a lovely owner who was great at communicating. Ample space for us and our two dogs. We loved the walks from the doorstep to the hills around the village. Close to other charming towns and villages. Lovely to have an ensuite as well.
