La localisation est idéale (mention spéciale au restaurant italien à 50 mètres !!!). L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et etait impeccable quand je suis arrivé. L'air conditionné est bien évidemment un énorme plus en été. Les contacts avec le propriétaire des lieux sont agréables et professionnels. L'appartement convient pour 1 ou 2 personnes. Je reviendrai assurément.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with every amenity you could possibly need. Its prime location in the heart of the city center means everything—from shops, bars, and cafes to the lake—is within easy walking distance. The space is perfectly set up for two people, complete with a great kitchen, a good-sized shower, and parking right around the corner. (3 min walk) Top it off with a super friendly, helpful, and readily available host, bathroom large and modern with a washing machine and it’s the perfect base for exploring Ioannina and surrounds.

Πολύ περιποιημένο και σουπερ εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμμα. Μου άρεσε πολύ που είχε καφέ, ήταν πεντακάθαρο και σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο χωρίς να έχει φασαρία.
