    Good city centre location but uncooperative regarding the parking availability

    Location was good - in the Belgrade old town. Tram and bus stops very close. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the neigbourhood.

    When I booked and paid for the accommodation I requested a parking space for two vehicles (we were a party of 8). My booking was confirmed by the hotel. Two days later I was informed by the hotel that no parking was available. I then tried to cancel my booking since parking was an essential part of my requirement. The hotel refused to allow a cancellation so I had to hunt around for a public car park and walk the 500 metres to the hotel.
