    Frustrating.

    Breakfast was ok. The staff was very friendly.

    Your booking site misrepresented the distance to the Cog Railway from this hotel. It was written as 12.7 miles when in reality it was 33 miles. We booked this hotel for it supposed proximity to the Mt. Washington Cog Rail Way. Probably wont ever book with booking.com again because of this.

    Great location it was great with gardens walking distance to restaurants ! Very clean and amazing breakfast!!

    The surrounding grounds were beautiful. The flowers were colorful and cheery. The outside of the property was inviting and charming.

    There was an odd smell in the lobby.
