the pool was nice but loud music from the Hotel speaker ruined the vibe, food was great as well as the staff incuding housekeeper

We did enjoy the resort and would definitely come back.
The restaurant was a little expensive, but very good. Pool was very nice. The room was really nice also, except we did have a small issue with the maid service though, as they forgot to clean one day and we had to request 2 times for new towels.

dissapointing. The pool being the main atraction and being painted during the day, was dissapointing
Vira was great at customer service at reception and was thoroughly helpful
Front desk gentleman was unhelpful and dismissive the whole two days there was construction in the pool area. They were actively painting the pool while I was trying to swim.

Beautiful place but terrible gym.
Space, crew, amenities.
Gym, the gym is terrible! Nowadays, where everyone is caring about health having a decent gym is mandatory.
