Her kindness, professionalism, and extraordinary dedication are simply outstanding. No matter the request, question, or spontaneous idea, Estefania always finds a solution, responds incredibly quickly, and makes everything happen with remarkable attention to detail. You can genuinely feel how much she cares about creating unforgettable experiences for her guests. This level of personalized service is something we have rarely experienced before! We would also love to express our heartfelt appreciation to Silvia, who made every morning at breakfast such a wonderful experience. Her warmth, genuine kindness, and attentiveness are truly special. Un havre de sérénité
Une véritable parenthèse de rêve. Un personnel adorable, attentionné et toujours aux petits soins. Un calme et une tranquillité rares, une atmosphère apaisante où tout invite à ralentir, à déconnecter. Je recommande d’ailleurs vivement de booker un soin au spa et de prendre le cours de yoga. Mention toute particulière pour les petites attentions déposées sur le lit chaque soir, qui rendent le séjour encore plus spécial !
