The view from the balcony is nice. That’s it.
The check-in process is absolutely ridiculous and takes an ungodly amount of time. This is especially frustrating and inconvenient when traveling with small children. I drove about 3 hours to come here. To make matters worse, check-in is at a separate location, and I was given the wrong address. I had to call the front desk just to get the correct address, adding even more unnecessary stress and wasted time. On top of all that, the property is partially owned by a timeshare company, and they spend at least 30 minutes trying to sell you something. For the price you pay, this place seriously lacks amenities and doesn’t deliver the level of convenience or value I expected based of the pictures. Once I got to the room I couldn’t even get in because the door code didn’t work. The room didn’t seem very clean, the shampoo & conditioner was already used, there was no extra toilet paper and the roll was already half way gone from previous guests I can only assume. Then they expect you to take your own trash to the dumpster which is whatever but, it’s located alllll the way across the parking lot. Honestly, you’re better off staying somewhere like a Hilton, where you can get better amenities and a much more straightforward check-in experience without the unnecessary hassle. This was my first time coming to Branson and based on this experience alone, I wouldn’t come back.

Very poor almost went back to office for a refund and go stay somewhere else
The wildlife
Could hear the families in the larger condos all night long ..we couldn't go out on the balcony because of the people near us smoking not only cigarettes but Marijuana the squeek in the ceiling fan at night the couch was not comfy at all .. the bedding seemed very used and had holes in the blanket ..the sheets didnt smell very clean and did not look clean not enough lighting in the parking area at all made walking up to our room difficult at night
