We would choose The Loghouse again.

Fantastic location in Lisbon, Bright, inviting spacious, quite apartment, with accommodating host.
A great host, Nuno was very accommodating with giving us access well before the check-in time to leave our luggage there. At that time, he gave us the keys, etc (as it just so happened that the place was ready). The apartment was bright, open, with an inviting, modern feel, and had fantastic city view (5th floor, where you see the two towers of the the Se and St. Jorge Castle) and a fantastic, safe, central location to explore Lisbon and visit so many attractions on foot, and yet close to transit modes. Endless restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. Leaving the bottle of wine was a nice gesture and touch.
One of the bathrooms water kept seeping up through the floor; We weren't exactly sure if it was coming up from a waste drain or a water line. He told us about it after we checked in and was going over apartment details. After asking, he gave us extra towels to soak up the water but it was just sort of gross. I think this definitely needs to be addressed before renting it out. Its been just over a month since our stay, and I hope that is being addressed. The furnishings were fine but the couch was a little worse for wear and I think at least a good upholstery cleaning could address that. One of the bedroom shades was a little wonky and they are also looking a little worse for wear. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped. It would have also been nice to leave extra coffee maker cartridges as a convenience since it took a couple days to find a good super market to buy the correct ones (NOTE: Continente on Praca Martin Monez & Poco do Borratem I thought was the best one which is a short walk from the place). The smaller bathroom shower drained very slowly; perhaps the drain is a clogged? If not for the at least the first issue, I would have otherwise given a 5 star rating.

buena ubicación, cómodo y amplio
el apartamento está muy bien. La ubicación es excelente y es muy completo, tiene de todo, aunque nosotros no utilizamos la parte de la cocina.
el precio es cierto que igual podría ser mejorable, pero la verdad es que pueden estar 5 personas perfectamente, por lo que realmente tampoco se puede decir que sea algo malo
