    adequate, but house advertising is misleading

    Very nice house, liked the large space and the terrace.

    Requested a 2 pm early check-in. Did not receive a response but called the owner as we had arrived after traveling all night and was told i could not check in until 3. When we arrive at 3, the cleaners were still there and they told us the owner had told them we could not check in until 4. We had 7 people, a 2 year old and all the luggage and we had travelled all night only to have to sit in 1 area while they finished cleaning. Also, the house is advertised as having AC. This is incorrect and misleading. Only 1 bedroom had AC, the remainder bedrooms had floor fans which are not AC and do not cool a room. The living areas did not have AC. Staying in London at one of the hottest times of the year, I found a property with AC for a reason. It was quite miserable being in the house as it was so hot. The second store terrace also has a very low wall with a large drop. I would advice noting this for people traveling with children. Again, I booked as it had a space for my 2 year old grandchild to be outside in, but it was unsafe for him to be outside due to to barrier.
