    After our initial stressful arrival it was fantastic.

    Very handy for the main road but lovely leafy garden outlook. Very spacious and very well appointed.

    We had great difficulty finding the property initially as we were unable to open the link with all the detail and map in it on our phones and had to resort to ringing the letting agent. The letting agent staff were very communicative and helpful.

    The place is lovely and comfortable except the check in administration arrangement and the towel rail.

    *FOR ANYONE WHO WANT TO RENT THIS PLACE, YOU MUST TO READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION* 1. After I pay the full fare, I got a message for checking in that I have to pay in advance either 10% of the damage loss without refund or 100% of the cost of the damage loss with refund if no damage or loss during the stay. Most of the time, I only need to pay as a deposit by credit card, but not pay in advance. 2. The sofa with a dead worm and some blood stain on it. 3. The towel rail did not work unless I turn on the room temperature nearly 30 degree. That makes the room is too hot and suffocated. When I send an email to the reservation, no one answer the email. 4. No laundry facility. 5. No dish washer. 6. The check in information is unclear. The check in time is 1600, however, the online check in is only allow to do 30 mins before. After the long and clumsy online check in, finally get the information for the location. As a visitor, I did not familiar with the nearby that we spend over a hour to find the place. After we get the address, the location which is different from the google map. We have to try another simple map provided by booking company. Besides, we have to read through 10 pages of information and email (full of words in MANY paragraphs) to find the key lock number. I think we are in the game of ESCAPE ROOM to unlock all the difficulties.
